Garages
Air-conditioned single, double and triple car garages are available for purchase. The garages are located under the East and West wing of the hotel.
All Dolphin Point Club owners will have access to electric vehicle charging stations in the above ground parking spots. There will be no electric charging in the garages due to the risk of thermal runaway fires associated with electric batteries.
Single car garages are USD $125,000
Double car garages are USD $175,000
Triple car garages are USD $225,000
Garages are only available to owners at Dolphin Point Club. If an owner sells their unit in the future, they must sell the garage with the unit.
