TWO Bedrooms

There are two different layouts of 2 bedrooms available: unit type 6 and 10.

The only type 10 available is Unit 102, which is an unique ground floor level unit, sitting high at 25 feet above sea level. This is the same level as the lobby and parking lot. Unit 111 has an enormous balcony (827 square feet) and outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, along with a private staircase that leads you to the pool level. It faces due West for perfect sunsets.

There are several “type 6” two bedrooms left, which is the more traditional rectangular layout which maximizes space.

  • 208 is quiet special as its directly across from the community herb garden.

  • 405 and 408 have the best view at 61 feet above sea level.
